Shipping to Italy
For orders in Italy up to €48.99 (VAT included), the shipping costs are €5.40 including VAT. If the order exceeds €49.00 (VAT included), shipping is free. These rates apply throughout the national territory, including the regions of Calabria, Sardinia, and Sicily.
Standard delivery times are 2-3 working days, but can extend up to a maximum of 6 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
The reference couriers in Italy are Bartolini and Poste Italiane.
If the courier is Bartolini:
- In the event of two failed delivery attempts due to the recipient's absence, the courier will proceed to open a storage for 10 days, without applying additional costs. Customers are invited to contact Lebubè's customer service sending an email to info@lebube.com, providing instructions for the release of the storage. In the absence of instructions within 10 days, the goods will be returned to the sender. Storage can also be initiated for other reasons, such as incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or request for delivery to a different address.
- Under certain circumstances, after an unsuccessful first delivery attempt, the courier may leave the package at a nearby Bartolini FermoPoint (you will be informed via email about the specific FermoPoint), where it will remain available for free pickup for 10 days. Once the package has been left at a Bartolini FermoPoint, it is no longer possible to request its delivery, and if not picked up within the set period, it will automatically be returned to the sender. If the courier is Poste Italiane:
- In the event of two failed delivery attempts due to the recipient's absence, the courier will initiate a 3-day holding period at no additional cost. The customer will need to collect the package at the post office or the SDA branch indicated on the delivery notice. In the case of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is invited to contact Lebubè's customer service sending an email to info@lebube.com, providing instructions for releasing the hold. If no instructions are received within 3 days, the goods will be returned to the sender.

Shipping to European Union
We ship to all European countries. The cost of shipping depends on the destination country and city, any customs duties, as well as the size, weight, and volume of the package. You’ll always see the precise shipping cost clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order. For orders over €99.00 (VAT included) destined for European Union countries, shipping is free.
The standard delivery times for international orders are 2-4 working days (9-10 working days for Greece), but can extend up to a maximum of 10 working days (15 working days for Greece), excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
The reference couriers in the European Union are DPD (standard shipping) and UPS (express shipping).
If the courier is DPD:
- In the event of two failed delivery attempts due to the recipient's absence, the courier will proceed to open a storage for 5 days, without applying additional costs. Customers are invited to contact Lebubè's customer service sending an email to info@lebube.com, providing instructions for the release of the storage. In the absence of instructions within 5 days, the goods will be returned to the sender. Once the package has been left at a DPD Parcel Shop, it is no longer possible to request its delivery, and if not picked up within the set period, it will automatically be returned to the sender. If the courier is UPS:
- In case of two failed delivery attempts due to the recipient's absence, the courier will proceed with opening a storage for 3 days, without applying additional costs. Customers are invited to contact Lebubè's customer service sending an email to info@lebube.com, providing instructions for the release of the storage. In the absence of instructions within 3 days, the goods will be returned to the sender. Storage can also be initiated for other reasons, such as incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to pay on delivery, or request for delivery to a different address.
- Under certain circumstances, after an unsuccessful first delivery attempt, the courier might leave the package at a nearby UPS Access Point (you will be informed by email about the specific Access Point), where it will remain available for free pickup for 3 days. Once the package has been left at a UPS Access Point, it is no longer possible to request its delivery, and if not picked up within the set deadline, it will automatically be returned to the sender.
